Plastic is positioned as an excellent alternative to metallic materials. This material has advantages both in terms of weight and cost. For the automotive, for example, plastic injection makes it possible to respond to technical problems that only the metal once offered an answer to. For this purpose, we carry out precise studies of mechanics and rheology (calculating the flow of fluids), in order to predict the reaction of the parts to the cooling following the injection of materials, and thus to guarantee you a sustainable use.
Complexity of the form
Our attention to detail and our collaboration with our partner AMGP, allow us to make custom-made molds of great precision, to meet your special shape needs. These means allow us today to achieve a very great thickness and precision to meet your dimensional constraints.
